Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 6/4/2026

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use FleetsHub. Violating this AUP is a material breach of the Terms & Conditions and grounds for immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not allow any user, driver, or third party using your account to:

  • Falsify records. Forge signatures, fabricate MVRs, alter medical certificates, backdate documents, submit fraudulent drug/alcohol test results, manipulate logs, or upload any document you know to be inaccurate or misleading.
  • Impersonate others. Sign a document on behalf of another person without their lawful authorization, or misrepresent your identity, role, or employer.
  • Share accounts. Share login credentials, allow unauthorized access, or use a single seat for multiple individuals.
  • Misuse driver applications. Submit fake driver applications, harvest driver data, or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate motor-carrier operations.
  • Violate laws. Use FleetsHub to violate any federal, state, local, or international law — including FMCSA regulations, employment law, anti-discrimination law, privacy law, or export controls.
  • Harm the platform. Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, rate-limit-bypass, port-scan, penetration-test without written permission, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
  • Distribute malware. Upload viruses, malware, ransomware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Abuse messaging. Send spam, phishing, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful communications through FleetsHub-generated emails, SMS, or signature requests.
  • Resell or sublicense. Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercially exploit the platform without a written agreement with FleetsHub.
  • Upload prohibited content. Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, or that contains sensitive data not required for fleet management (e.g., full Social Security numbers outside designated fields, payment card data, protected health information unrelated to DOT medical certification).

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, investigate suspected violations, remove or disable content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve and disclose information to law enforcement, and pursue any remedy available at law or in equity. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated for AUP violations.
