Is there a free trial?
No — we charge from day one so you get a real fleet onboarded fast. Cancel anytime, no contracts.
How is "active driver" counted?
Any driver in your roster whose status isn't "terminated" counts. Terminated drivers have a 7-day reactivation window before the seat drops permanently.
What if I terminate a driver and want them back?
You have 7 days to reactivate from your drivers page. After 7 days, you'll need to re-add them as a new driver.
Do I need a Stripe account?
No. You enter your card at checkout and we handle billing through our secure Stripe-powered flow.
Can my safety manager log in too?
Yes — invite teammates with Owner, Manager, or Safety roles. Each role sees only what they need.
What's the $50 driver application fee?
When a driver submits their branded application, you're charged $50. The completed package is stored automatically in their DQ file. Non-refundable.
What's the difference between the Carrier Plan and the Templates Pack?
The Carrier Plan is a full portal subscription. The Templates Pack ($797 one-time) gives you the DQ + FMCSA document templates stamped with your branding — no portal, no subscription.
