Refund Policy

General policy

FleetsHub is a software-as-a-service product. Because access is delivered instantly and our costs are incurred whether or not you use the platform, all fees are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated below or where required by law.

Carrier Plan subscription

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel mid-month, access continues through the end of the paid period; we do not issue partial-month refunds. See the Cancellation Policy for the 30-day notice rules that prevent the next month from being billed.

Driver seats

Driver seats are billed in arrears on the 1st of each month for the previous month. Seats are non-refundable once invoiced. Terminated drivers have a 7-day reactivation window before the seat is dropped from future billing.

Driver application fee

The $50 driver application fee is non-refundable once the applicant submits the application, regardless of whether the carrier hires the driver, the driver withdraws, the application is incomplete, or the carrier rejects the application.

Templates Pack and one-time digital purchases

The Templates Pack and any other one-time digital purchases (downloadable forms, branded packets, etc.) are delivered instantly and are final sale, non-refundable.

Duplicate, accidental, or unauthorized charges

If you were charged twice for the same item, charged after canceling, or charged on a card you did not authorize, email billing@fleetshub.com within 30 days of the charge with the invoice number and we will investigate and refund verified errors promptly.

Chargebacks

Please contact billing@fleetshub.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. Initiating a chargeback for a charge that complies with this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions is a breach of contract and may result in immediate account suspension, collection of the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees, and forwarding to collections.

How to request a refund

Email billing@fleetshub.com with your account email, the invoice number, the amount, and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
