1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FleetsHub LLC ("FleetsHub", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

FleetsHub provides a compliance and fleet management portal for FMCSA-regulated motor carriers, including DQ files, inspections, maintenance logs, CSA tools, accident registry, driver application processing, and downloadable templates.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the carrier you represent.

4. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

• Carrier Plan: $49.97/month plus $8/month per active driver, billed in advance.
• Driver applications: $50 per submission, charged when the driver submits.
• Templates Pack: $797 one-time purchase, non-refundable once delivered.

5. Compliance disclaimer

FleetsHub is a tool. You remain solely responsible for FMCSA, DOT, state, and local compliance. We do not guarantee any specific audit outcome.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, reverse engineer the platform, or upload unlawful content.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time, subject to the Cancellation Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetsHub's total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
