• Billing: payment information is handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
• Usage: log data, IP addresses, device info, and product events for security and improvement.

How we use your data

• Operate, secure, and improve the FleetsHub portal.
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, document expiration reminders).
• Comply with legal obligations.

How we share

We share data only with vendors required to deliver the service (e.g., Stripe for payments, email infrastructure providers, hosting). We do not sell your data.

Data retention

We retain fleet data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation in case you want to restore. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@fleetshub.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is gated by role-based permissions and row-level security at the database layer.

Your rights
