Cancellation Policy

How billing works

FleetsHub does not require upfront payment. Your first Carrier Plan subscription month is charged right away when you sign up. After that, on the 1st of every month, you are billed for:

  • The Carrier Plan subscription for the upcoming month, and
  • Driver seats and driver applications used during the previous month.

Canceling your Carrier Plan

You can cancel your Carrier Plan at any time from your billing settings. We require a 30-day cancellation notice. As long as you submit your cancellation request at least 30 days before the next 1st-of-the-month billing date, you will not be charged for the next month's subscription.

If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, the upcoming month's subscription will still be billed on the 1st as usual, and your access continues through the end of that paid month.

Driver seats and applications at cancellation

Because driver seats and applications are billed in arrears (for the month just ended), at the time of cancellation you will still owe:

  • Driver seats for every active driver during the current month up to your cancellation date, and
  • Any driver applications sent during the current month.

Example: if you cancel on the 29th, your final invoice will include driver seats and applications used from the 1st through your cancellation date.

Driver seat changes during the month

  • Terminated drivers have a 7-day reactivation window. After 7 days the seat is dropped permanently.
  • If a driver was active 7+ days in the month, the carrier is billed for that driver seat for the full month.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months on driver seats.

Driver application fee

The $50 application fee is non-refundable. Applications used during the month are billed on the following 1st along with driver seats.

Templates Pack

The Templates Pack is a one-time digital purchase. Because templates are delivered instantly and contain your company branding, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Disputes

If you believe you were billed in error, email billing@fleetshub.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
