Electronic Signature Disclosure & Consent
Last updated 6/4/2026
Your consent to do business electronically
By creating an account, applying as a driver, or signing a form on FleetsHub, you consent under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) to receive disclosures and to sign documents electronically. Your electronic signature is legally binding and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature on paper.
What you are consenting to
- Receiving employment applications, DQ (Driver Qualification) documents, safety policies, onboarding packets, invoices, billing statements, tax forms, and other records electronically.
- Signing those documents using your typed name, drawn signature, click-to-sign action, or other electronic signature method offered in the platform.
- Having the resulting record — including timestamp, IP address, signer name, signer email, document hash, and audit trail — stored as the official signed record.
System requirements
To access and retain electronic records you need: a modern web browser (current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge), a working email account, a device capable of displaying PDF documents, and either a printer or sufficient storage to save copies.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time by emailing support@fleetshub.com. Withdrawing consent means you will no longer be able to use the FleetsHub platform, since paper-based delivery is not offered. Withdrawal applies prospectively only — previously signed records remain valid and binding.
Requesting paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any record you have signed by emailing support@fleetshub.com. A reasonable fee may apply.
Updating your contact information
Keep your email address and phone number current in your account. FleetsHub is not responsible for missed records caused by outdated contact information.
Driver applicants and third-party signers
When a driver applicant or a third party (e.g., previous employer, fleet manager, safety manager) signs a document via a link sent by a FleetsHub customer, they agree to these same E-SIGN/UETA terms by completing the signature.
FMCSA recordkeeping
Electronic signatures collected through FleetsHub are intended to comply with 49 CFR §390.31 and §391.51 for DQ files. The carrier remains responsible for ensuring its DQ file practices satisfy all applicable FMCSA recordkeeping rules.
