Respect for copyright
FleetsHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") (17 U.S.C. §512).
Submitting a takedown notice
If you believe content on FleetsHub infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL, account, file name).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@fleetshub.com containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
