Service Availability & SLA Disclaimer

Best-effort availability
FleetsHub targets high availability but provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. No specific uptime percentage is committed unless agreed in a separately signed written enterprise agreement.
Scheduled maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance with or without prior notice. We try to schedule maintenance during low-traffic windows but reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance at any time.
Excused downtime
The following do not count as downtime for any purpose and are not eligible for credits, refunds, or claims:
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- Outages of third-party services we depend on (e.g., hosting provider, database provider, Stripe, email infrastructure, FMCSA APIs, DNS providers).
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet backbone failures, etc.).
- Issues caused by your equipment, network, browser, integrations, or misuse.
- Account suspensions for non-payment or AUP violations.
- Beta or preview features.
Audit and inspection timing
You are responsible for downloading and retaining copies of critical records in advance of any DOT audit, inspection, court proceeding, or other deadline. FleetsHub is not liable for any consequence — including failed audits, missed deadlines, fines, or out-of-service orders — caused by platform downtime, slowness, or data unavailability, regardless of duration.
Data backup
While we maintain reasonable backups for disaster recovery, you are responsible for exporting and retaining your own copies of records you need for legal, regulatory, or business continuity purposes.
Sole remedy
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any service availability issue is, at our discretion, a service credit or termination of your subscription consistent with the Cancellation Policy. Damages above those amounts are excluded as set in the Terms & Conditions.
